Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items
Since all of our products are custom-printed just for you, our store does not accept returns. Instead, we are committed to replacing any defective items or incorrect orders.
To request a replacement, please email us at [email protected] with:
- A clear photo showing the issue
- Your order number
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (it may take a few days to post)
- Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected].
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping
Please email us first before returning any products. We’ll provide the correct return instructions.
Note:
- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $35
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless tracking is used.
